Abstract: This talk concerns Schroedinger operators with decreasing complex potentials whose imaginary part is negative. I'll show that the threshold zero is a regular point for this class of operators. I'll describe consequences of this property on the number of eigenvalues and on the long-time asymptotics of the semigroup of contractions.
